Toyota Certified Collision Centers (TCCC)

Toyota arranged for their Certified Collision Centers to have a private resource website. The website contains the latest technical information and opportunities for continued education. The site also furnishes marketing and management resources.

Project

Toyota realized their TCCC website needed an update. They wanted to start with a "clean slate."

Analysis

The TCCC site lacked structure and organization. The design was outdated and did not provide any intuitive elements.

Goals

In my discussion with Toyota, we determined specific goals for the home page and general functionality for the interior pages. All content would be set up to be controlled by a custom Content Management System.

  • Log In and Account Creation
  • Promotion slide show
  • Upcoming events and education courses with a countdown; all linking to a simple sign-up
  • Archive of Collision Pros Magazine
  • Simple access to marketing materials
  • Blog, Shop Locator, Video Display

Sketches

Based on the website goals, I put together some basic layout sketches.

Wireframes

After reviewing the wireframe sketches, I created mid-fi wireframes via Axure.

Visual Comps

I used Photoshop to design the look of the new website. I made sure to stay within the design parameters of Toyota styling for their Certified Collision Centers.

Project Completion

Toyota was pleased with the look and functionality of the new site. They like how they can update the content and maintain the desired styling of the site.
